6. Information contained in public registers may be used for statistical or research purposes
Nothing in this Sub-part prevents the use of information contained in the
public registers for statistical or research purposes if the information—
(a) does not identify any person; and
(b) is not published in any form that could reasonably be expected to
identify any person.
