29. Any loan agreement contracted for educational purposes by an individual
for himself, his spouse or dependent children, provided that the agreement contains a declaration to the effect that the loan is granted for educational purposes
and is accompanied by a certificate from the educational institution showing the
date of admission, duration of studies and the fees payable.
