30. Documents witnessing transfer, for consideration, of shares to State
Investment Finance Corporation Limited (SIFCOR), on production of a certificate
from the Mauritius Sugar Authority certifying that the transfer is in connection
with the Government — Mauritius Sugar Producers Association deal signed on
22 April 2008.
