12. Visitors
(1) Visitors shall be allowed to be present in the Assembly Chamber in the
places set apart for them by the Chairperson.
(2) The Chairperson may order the withdrawal of strangers from any part of
the Assembly Chamber, whenever he thinks it fit to do so.
