13. Duties of the Clerk
(1) The Clerk shall, not less than 3 days before the commencement of any
sitting of the Assembly, send to each Member a copy of the Order Paper, stating
the business to be dealt with at the sitting.
(2) In case of a special meeting of the Assembly, the Clerk shall give to the
Members at least 24 hours notice, as provided by section 60 (2) of the Act.
(3) The Clerk shall be responsible for the safe custody of records of the Assembly and all papers laid before it.
(4) All records and papers of the Assembly shall, at all reasonable times, be
opened for inspection and perusal for the benefit of Members or other persons
under such arrangements as may be decided by the Chairperson.
