42. Anticipation
(1) It shall be out of order to anticipate—
(a) Bill by discussion of a motion dealing with the subject matter of the
Bill on a day before that appointed for the consideration of that Bill;
(b) a Bill or a motion by discussion upon an amendment or a motion for
the adjournment of the Assembly.
(2) In determining whether a discussion is out of order on the ground of anticipation, the Chairperson shall have regard to the probability of the matter anticipated being brought before the Assembly within a reasonable time.
