60. Endorsement of Bills
Where a Bill has been adopted, it shall be—
(a) endorsed with a certificate from the Chairperson to that effect;
(b) sealed up in one single document, and
(c) transmitted to the Chief Commissioner for submission to the Minister
in accordance with section 30 of the Act.
