61. Urgent Bills
Notwithstanding anything in any Standing Order, when a Certificate of Urgency signed by the Chief Commissioner in respect of a proposed Bill has been
laid upon the Table by a Commissioner, the Bill to which the certificate relates
may be introduced forthwith and may, provided that copies are available for the
use of Members, be proceeded with throughout all its stages at the same sitting.
