135. The procedure shall be in writing and provide that—
(a) the grievance shall normally be discussed first between the worker
and his immediate superior;
(b) the worker shall be accompanied at the next stage of discussion with
management by his workplace representative if he so wishes;
(c) there shall be a right of appeal.
