(1) In relation to proceedings before the Tribunal, the Commission or the Board— (a) where the public or representatives of the press are excluded, no report or summary of the proceedings shall be published; and (b) where the public or representatives of the press are permitted to be present, a fair and accurate report or summary of the proceedings may be published. (2) Until the order, award, report or other result of the proceedings has been published in accordance with this Act, no comments shall be published in respect of the proceedings or any evidence adduced in the course of those proceedings. (3) Any person who, before any award, order or other result of any proceedings before the Tribunal, the Commission or the Board has been published in accordance with this Act, publishes— (a) the terms of the order, award or report of other result; or (b) any comment on the proceedings or any evidence adduced thereat, shall commit an offence.
