8. (1) The Commission may sit—
(a) in one or more divisions as may be necessary;
(b) at any time and at any place in Mauritius.
(2) The jurisdiction of the Commission shall be exercised by a division of the
Commission.

(3) Every division of the Commission shall—
(a) be presided over by the President or Vice-president; and
(b) consist of the presiding member and 3 other members, namely a representative from a workers’ organisation, a representative from an
employers’ organisation and an independent member.
