9. (1) The Board may sit— (a) in one or 2 divisions as may be necessary; (b) at any time and at any place in Mauritius. (2) The jurisdiction of the Board shall be exercised by a division of the Board. (3) Every division of the Board shall— (a) be presided over by the Chairperson or Vice-chairperson of the Board; and (b) consist of the presiding member and 4 other members.
