3. Restricted information that may be held in public register
(1) The public register may contain any or all of the documents set out in
section 27 (3) in respect of a person who is or has been bankrupt.
(2) A member of the public shall not have access to the documents contained in the public register under subsection (1) in respect of that person unless
that person is entitled to inspect those documents under section 27 (3).
