30. (1) A creditor whose proof of debt has been rejected by the Official Receiver or liquidator may apply to the Court for an order modifying or reversing
the Official Receiver or liquidator’s decision.

(2) The creditor must apply within 15 working days after the creditor receives the Official Receiver or liquidator’s notice of rejection of the proof, or
within the additional time that the Court allows.
(3) The Court may—
(a) reverse or modify the Official Receiver or liquidator’s decision in
whole or in part; or
(b) confirm it.
(4) A creditor has no right to prove for a debt or liability that has been rejected by the Official Receiver or liquidator, unless the creditor has made an application under this section.
