32. On an application under paragraph 27 or paragraph 28 or paragraph 29 or
paragraph 30 the Court hearing the application may, if it thinks it appropriate,
order that any costs—
(a) of a creditor be added to the creditor’s proof of debt;
(b) of any party to the proceeding be paid out of the debtor’s estate;
(c) be paid by any party to the proceedings, except the Official Receiver
or liquidator.
