7. Meetings of Board
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Board shall regulate its meetings and
proceedings in such manner as it thinks fit.
(2) The Board shall meet—
(a) subject to paragraph (b), at such time and place as the Chairperson may determine;
(b) at least once every month;
(c) whenever a request for a meeting is made by not less than
5 members.
(3) Nine members shall constitute a quorum.
(4) Where a member has any interest, direct or indirect, in any matter before the Board, he shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, disclose to the
Board the nature of his interest, and shall not take part in the deliberations of
the Board relating to that matter unless the Board consents to his participation.
