9. Deregistration of advertising structure on removal
Where an advertising structure is removed pursuant to section 22 (2A) or
23 (2) of the Roads Act, the Director-General shall—
(a) ensure that the advertising structure fee payable on the advertising structure has been paid; and
(b) deregister the advertising structure.
