3. Application to Agaléga of certain enactments
Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the District and Intermediate
Courts (Civil Jurisdiction) Act, the District and Intermediate Courts (Criminal
Jurisdiction) Act, the Criminal Procedure Act and the Courts Act shall apply
to Agaléga.
