10. Illegal removal or breach of orders
Any master of a vessel, or person causing or allowing, or any person concerned in the removal of any animal, carcase, fodder, litter or dung from any
vessel or from any quarantine station, in breach of any order of the veterinary officer or of this Act or of the regulations made under it, shall commit
an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 1,000
rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.
