12. Report of diseases
Where any stock upon any land has become infected with a disease, or is
suspected to have become infected with a disease, the owner of the stock

shall report the fact to the veterinary officer or to any inspector or to the officer in charge of the nearest police station who shall notify the veterinary
officer.
