15. Declaration of area free from disease
No infected or suspected area or portion of such area shall be considered
to be free from any disease until such area or portion thereof is declared in
writing by the veterinary officer to be free from disease or suspicion of disease, and if notice of infection has been published in the Gazette and in
3 daily newspapers, such declaration of freedom from disease or suspicion of
disease shall likewise be published.
