16. Power of entry
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the veterinary officer or any inspector may
enter any land, place or premises, in order to carry out any investigations
under this Act, and regulations made under it.
(2) No dwelling house shall be entered between sunset and sunrise without a warrant from a Magistrate.
