11. Offences under Part III
(1) Any person who contravenes —
(a) this Part; or
(b) any condition of his licence,
shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3
years.
(2) No prosecution for an offence under this Part shall be instituted except by or with the consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
