26. Legal proceedings
(1) The Society shall act, sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(2) Service of process by or on the Society shall be sufficient if made on
behalf of or on the Director.
(3) No liability, civil or criminal, shall be incurred by the Society, a member of the Council or an officer in respect of any act done or omitted in good
faith in the performance of its or his functions or exercise of its or his powers under this Act.
