7. Meetings of Council
(1) The Council shall meet as often as is necessary but at least once every month at such time and place as the President thinks fit.
(2) Seven members shall constitute a quorum at any meeting of the
Council.
(3) Subject to this section, the Council shall regulate its meetings in such
manner as it thinks fit.
