33. Duration of Order
(1) Subject to subsection (2), a Restriction Order shall expire 12 months
after the date on which it was made unless—
(a) there is an application for a Recovery Order pending before the
Court in respect of the property which is the subject of the Restriction Order;
(b) there is an unsatisfied Recovery Order in force in relation to the
property which is the subject of the Restriction Order; or
(c) the Restriction Order is rescinded before the expiry of that period.
(2) The Enforcement Authority may, on good cause shown, apply to a
Judge to extend the duration of a Restriction Order for a specific period not
exceeding 3 years as the Judge thinks fit to do in the interests of justice.
