45. Exercise of Ancillary Powers
Notwithstanding any other enactment, the Enforcement Authority may,
for the purposes of, or in connection with—
(a) an application for, or the enforcement of, an Order under Part III
or IV; or
(b) an Investigation,
exercise an Ancillary Power.
