50. Failure to comply with Ancillary Order or other requirement
Any person who—
(a) refuses or fails to comply with an Ancillary Order or a requirement under section 47 or 48;
(b) in purported compliance with an Ancillary Order or a requirement
under section 47 or 48, provides or makes available any false or
misleading information,
shall commit an offence.
