52. Discharge or variation of Ancillary Order
(1) An application to discharge or vary an Ancillary Order may be made
to a Judge by—
(a) the person who applied for the Order; or

(b) any person affected by the Order.
(2) The Judge may, on an application under subsection (1), vary or discharge the Ancillary Order where he is of opinion that it is in the interests of
justice to do so.
