8. Annual report
The Attorney-General shall, from information which shall be supplied to him
by the Enforcement Authority not later than 30 days after the end of the financial year, table a report in the Assembly, not later than the first sitting day
after the expiry of 90 days from the end of every financial year, detailing—
(a) the amounts credited to the Fund;
(b) the investments made with the amounts credited to the Fund; and
(c) the payments made from the Fund, including the specific purpose
for which each payment was made and to whom it was made.
