3. The Board
(1) There shall be a Traditional Medicine Board which shall consist of—
(a) the Permanent Secretary or his representative, who shall be the
Chairperson of the Board;
(b) the Chief Medical Officer of the Ministry;
(c) the Solicitor-General or his representative;
(d) a representative of the Prime Minister’s Office;
(e) one registered medical practitioner;
(f) not more than 3 persons having knowledge of traditional
medicine;
(g) not more than 3 members of the public.
(2) The composition of the Board shall be published in the Gazette.
