23. Secretary
(1) There shall be a Secretary to the Bank, who shall be appointed by the
Board on such terms and conditions as the Board thinks fit, and who shall be
assigned such duties as the Board may determine.
(2) The Secretary to the Bank may act as Secretary to the Board.
(3) The Secretary to the Board shall—
(a) prepare and attend every meeting of the Board;
(b) keep minutes of its proceedings; and
(c) perform such other duties as the Board may determine.
