28. Authorisation of cheques or payment instructions
Any cheque or payment instruction upon any banking account kept by the
Bank shall be signed or authorised, as the case may be, jointly by any 2 of—
(a) the Governor;
(b) a Deputy Governor;
(c) officers of the Bank appointed by the Board for that purpose.
