6. Determination of application
(1) The central bank may, on an application duly made in accordance
with section 5 and after being provided with all such information and documents as it may require under that section, determine the application.
(2) The central bank shall give notice of its determination to the applicant
under subsection (1), within 60 working days of receipt of a complete application under section 5 (4), or of the supply of any supplementary information
called for by the central bank under section 5 (8), as the case may be.
