71. Notice and publication of voluntary liquidation
The financial institution shall—
(a) not later than 30 days from the receipt of an authorisation under
section 70, send by mail a notice of voluntary liquidation, specifying such information as the central bank may prescribe, to all
depositors, other creditors, and persons otherwise entitled to the
funds or property held by the financial institution as a fiduciary,
lessor of a safe deposit box, or bailee;
(b) post a notice of voluntary liquidation conspicuously on the premises of each office and branch of the financial institution; and
(c) give publication of the voluntary liquidation in such manner as
the central bank may direct.
