81. Execution against assets of a financial institution
No execution shall be returned against the seized assets of a financial
institution except, in the discretion of the Bankruptcy Court, an execution
effected pursuant to a judgment delivered prior to the date of the seizure for
an amount not exceeding 100,000 rupees.
