9. Display of banking licence
(1) Every bank shall at all times display, in a conspicuous place in the
public part of its principal place of business, the licence granted to it under
this Part and an authenticated copy of the licence shall be displayed in every
branch or office of the bank.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), a bank may, with the approval of the
central bank, display at its principal place of business an authenticated copy
of the licence granted to it under this Part, in such form and manner as the
central bank may approve.
