96. Ombudsperson for Banks
(1) The Board shall, with the concurrence of the Minister, designate an
officer of the central bank to be the Ombudsperson for Banks.
(2) The Minister shall, after consultation with the central bank, make
such regulations as may be necessary—
(a) concerning the functions, duties and powers of the Ombudsperson;
(b) for dealing with complaints against financial institutions by their
customers.
