14. Power to appoint special manager
The Official Receiver may, on the application of any creditor, and if satisfied that the nature of the debtor’s business or the interests of the creditors
generally require the appointment of a special manager of the estate or business, appoint a manager to act until a trustee is appointed and such person
shall give such security as may be directed by the Court, and shall receive
such remuneration as shall be fixed by the creditors by resolution at an ordinary meeting subject to the approval of the Court.
