4. Meaning of “debtor”
In section 5, “debtor” includes—
(a) a person who is domiciled in Mauritius;
(b) a person who within a year before the date of the presentation
of the petition has ordinarily resided or had a dwelling-house or
place of business in Mauritius; or
(c) a person who though not in Mauritius, carries on business by an
agent in Mauritius and possesses assets in Mauritius.
