88. Returns of accounts to Official Receiver
(1) The trustee shall cause his accounts to be audited every month by
the committee of inspection and shall, every 3 months, forward a certified
copy of such accounts to the Official Receiver.
(2) He shall transmit to the Official Receiver, on his application, a statement showing the proceedings in such bankruptcy up to the date of the
statement containing the prescribed particulars, and made out in the prescribed form.
(3) The trustee, for the purposes of the examination of such accounts
and statements, shall furnish the Official Receiver with such vouchers and
information as shall be required.
(4) Where the trustee fails to transmit any of the accounts and statements or to furnish the vouchers and information required, the Court may
under this section on the application of the Official Receiver, deal with the
trustee as provided in section 86 (2) (b).
