16. Service of documents
(1) Any summons, notice or other document required or authorised to be
served on the Authority under this Act or any other enactment may, unless
there is specific provision to the contrary, be served by delivery to the General Manager at his office.
(2) Service of process on behalf of or on the General Manager shall be
equivalent to service by or on the Authority.
