19. Execution of documents
(1) Subject to subsection (2), all documents shall be deemed to be executed by or on behalf of the Authority if signed by the Chairperson or General Manager, or by both of them.
(2) Any cheque of the Authority shall be signed by—
(a) the Chairperson; and
(b) the General Manager or such other person as may be appointed
for that purpose by the Board.
