6. Search, detention and forfeiture
(1) A police officer who has reasonable grounds to believe that an offence has been, is being or is likely to be committed in breach of this Act,
may apply under oath to a Magistrate for a warrant to enter and search any
premises and seize any material kept in contravention of this Act.
(2) Where the Magistrate is satisfied upon oath of the police officer and
such additional information as he may require to be produced that an offence
has been, is being or is likely to be committed in breach of this Act, he may
issue the warrant which shall remain valid for one month.
