19. Enforcement of order by Court
(1) Where a lender fails to comply with an order made under section 18 (3) (a), the borrower may apply to the Judge in Chambers for an injunction to enforce the order.
(2) Where a borrower makes an application pursuant to subsection (1),
he shall, notwithstanding sections 4 (b) and 7 of the Legal Aid Act, be entitled to legal aid.
