17. Responsibility of broker
Every broker who has received from his principal any goods to sell on behalf of the principal, or any sum of money to pay for goods to be purchased
on behalf of the principal, shall be responsible for the delivery of any goods
purchased by him to the principal and for payment for any goods sold or
bought by him on behalf of such principal.
