22. Quorum of meeting of corporation
(1) The quorum required for the general meeting of the Chamber shall be
10 members.
(2) Subject to subsection (4), a majority of the members present and voting shall take decisions.
(3) The Chairperson of the meeting shall have both a deliberative and a
casting vote.
(4) No disciplinary measure, other than a fine not exceeding 20 rupees,
shall be taken unless with the consent of at least one half, plus one, of the
members of the corporation in Mauritius at the time.
