7. Transactions by unlicensed persons
Any person not appointed as a broker who undertakes the business of a
broker shall commit an offence and any person employing a person not so
appointed to do the business of a broker shall commit an offence and shall,
on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 2,000 rupees.
