5. Establishment of CBRD
(1) There is established for the purposes of this Act a Central Business
Registration Database, which shall be known as the CBRD.
(2) The Registrar shall be the repository of the CBRD.

(3) The CBRD shall consist of all entries, required to be registered under
this Act, kept on computer or other approved electronic device at the office
of the Registrar.
(4) Any person may, on payment of such fees and on such conditions as
may be prescribed, have access to the CBRD and obtain copies of any entry
made therein.
