2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Company” means Pick-n-Eat Ltd, incorporated in Mauritius on 16 December 1983, and includes any lessee of the land;
“land” means that part of the Butte à Tonniers Stream described in the
Schedule;
“Minister” means the Minister to whom responsibility for the subject of
land use is assigned.
